We cannot accept open box returns due to the BCD being a personal product.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization; return merchandise authorization number is required for all returns.  We can accept an unopened box return if shipped back to us with RMA within 30 days of purchase date.  You will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be processed after the product has been received by BCDPink.  Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed.
